Team TH

I recently learned that a cycling legend who goes by the moniker SuperRookie is returning to the Twin Cities from Chicago this summer. The local cycling community was sad to see him leave, but it took our minds away from the devastating news of Lance leaving the sport. By the way, rumors are circulating that SuperRocky is to blame for the breakup of Lance and Cheryl, but I personally don't think Lance would have anything to do with StuporFlukey. (He'd have to share the spotlight.) Besides, I hear that SnooperLoogie has found someone who will put up with his maniacal national racing schedule. She must be a true hero.

I've always wondered what they would say about me when I leave the sport. Would it be something like 'That guy had no draft anyway,' or would it be something more endearing like 'Yeah, he's the reason team TH became what it is today.' Only time will tell, of course, but if the coming Madison season has any bearing on the outcome, I'm sure going to start training soon. I don't think many people realize what kind of preparation is required to withstand a gruelling Madison schedule. But any race that only requires one to race half of the time is my cup of tea. Although I'm risking my career as a nationally certified massage therapist (my subscapularis is already overdeveloped), I will do anything to further the career of TumorCookie, the one-man publicity stunt. Look for us at a local velodrome in June!
